Our Service Facility
Our service facility is staffed by service associates who have over 40 years of combined experience in the emergency vehicle industry and who are specifically trained in correcting nearly any service complaint you may be experiencing with your vehicle. Whether the vehicle comes to us with a leaking pump, frozen valve, failed electrical accessory or component, H&W service technicians will find the source of the problem and repair it.

Led by two Master Emergency Vehicle Technicians (E.V.T.); our service team is experienced in repairing your vehicles to keep them operating properly and who possess the capabilities to rebuild the entire vehicle when it is broken or damaged. We specialize in complete repair, retro-fitting and refurbishment of your existing emergency vehicles, regardless of manufacturer. H&W’s service facility is fully equipped for repairs “In-House”, with a full complement of metal fabrication equipment (shear, break, metal worker, plasma cutter etc.) and overhead crane.

The H&W service department will coordinate service needs for our customers in Oregon, Washington or Alaska at our designated service centers. In some cases, we may dispatch our mobile service unit to your location to provide repairs at your site.
