H&W WARRANTY SUPPORT
We provide direct warranty support for all products that we manufacturer. Call us for all your emergency vehicle warranty needs and we will handle all the rest. Please contact our service department at phone# 503-848-3276 or by sending your warranty request to service@hwev.com.

Often, we may also need the chassis vehicle identification number, pump manufacturer’s serial number. With our prior approval, we may authorize you to make repairs in your shop or a designated facility of choice. We will request the following information; our production number found on the pump panel vehicle identification plate, mileage at time of failure, complete description of the warranty complaint and your cost estimate to perform the repair.

Many components carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty. We may ask you for the component model number to properly identify the part(s). The ID numbers may also be found in the original vehicle service manuals/disks that were shipped with the vehicle when it was new.
